Back to flat land :)
So my achilles was bothering me a bit towards the end of the trip from all the walking up hills. That should subside now that I’m back on flat land and my desk job. Haha. Hamstrings were getting tight/sore as well from all the hills - I stretched those out yesterday and today. I’ve only returned this morning from the West coast and already did a pool workout. Go me! Will do some bending exercises tomorrow before I see my PT on Monday. Also coming up this week, I see my doctor on Thursday! I’m very curious to hear what he has to say. :)
