Forgive me, for I have failed to blog!
Last week was crazy busy - moving, birthday festivities, more moving, and yes more moving! So needless to say, I didn’t really have time nor want to stare at my computer screen after doing the stair-master (3 flights of stairs) the last couple days. However, the knee is feeling pretty good. We measured my range of motion at PT today. Goal was 125 again. I was able to get to 125 a little bit easier than last time - so good news there! I need to get back to my bending exercises.
In addition to the tons of stairs, I did do some swimming this weekend! Pool was a little cold, but I sucked it up and did a couple laps. I’m headed to San Francisco on Thursday, so I’ll try to blog a few times this week before I go away for a week or so.
