My tumblarity has been ZERO!?!? Granted my posts have been short, but I’ve been blogging and it’s still been zero! :(

Anywho, back to the purpose of this blog - my knee.  I had that kinesiotape on all weekend, and I didn’t do too many one-legged exercises this weekend.  My hamstring felt A LOT better this morning at PT - in fact, it didn’t bother me at all.  We taped the hammy again after my session just to give it some extra support for this week.  BUT I’m hoping that was just a blip on the screen.

At PT, I was able to enjoy doing the cone exercises - sideways slides and slowly jogging forwards and backwards.  I also did a one-legged leg press - more muscle control needed using one leg.  All in all it was a good session - excellent way to kick off this CRAZY BUSY week!
