weekend!

So I was up in Boston this weekend and still managed to do some knee exercises!  Saturday I did a decent pool workout - the water was a tad chilly!  I also did some bending and hip strengthening exercises.  Throughout the weekend I did quite a bit of walking (in sneaks!) and climbed 3 flights of stairs many times.  The hamstring behaved for the most part this weekend - but I’m not sure if it was because I didn’t go crazy working out or if the kinesiotape tape really helped.  Guess I’ll find out tomorrow morning at PT when I do my exercises.
