Well it has been 12 weeks since I had my surgery, and I have my check up tomorrow.  I think I’ve made some really good progress even though I’m sure my PT expects more.  I have had my ups and downs (this week being downs because of the weather!).  Yesterday, I was really not enjoying the torcher of my PT trying to get my knee to bend when my knee cap felt like it was going to pop!  Not that it actually would, BUT it sure felt like it was going to.

Anywho, I’ll let you know what the doc says tomorrow.
