While I do not have my PhD in orthopedics, I have become the point of contact for friends, co-workers, and even strangers about knee injuries.  My boss asked me about patella tendonitis the other day, Theo asked me if her knee looked swollen from all the running she is doing, and a soccer buddy asked me to give advice to her friend who recently tore her ACL.  I am the resident knee expert around here (not by choice, but I don’t mind).  :)
