About the author

I'm a female athlete in my ~~mid-20s~~ late 20s (eek), living in ~~the Hudson Valley~~ Westchester, that just tore my ACL and meniscus in my left knee. After regretting not blogging or keeping track of my progress on last year's knee injury (right knee - ACL and meniscus), I've decided to post my progress this time.

Also, I am NOT a writer by any means, so if things are not grammatically correct, live with it! I'm a computer nerd working in finance -- I love numbers! (no really I do!)
