rain rain go away!
come back….not this summer? haha. I have a love/hate relationship with the rain. I appreciate all that it does for nature, but I do not like the affects it has on my knees. Yesterday my left knee was definitely sore all over, and my right knee was a bit achy.
Rain + two days in the office = poor exercise routine last night. My knee just didn’t want to bend! It was achy, stiff, and stubborn. I didn’t want to push it on the bending exercises because in the case of ACL injuries pain is NOT GAIN. It’s actually bad for the knee. But that is why I work from home on Friday and have the weekend to rest and do my exercises a few times a day. On the positive side, I did add some weight (2 lbs) around my quad for the leg raises. It felt good to challenge myself and I didn’t have any problems lifting the weight.
I still owe pictures, but waiting for the knee to look a little less swollen after being in the office the past two days.
